Foundations Prenatal Ed Course Format
All series run for 3 consecutive Saturdays, 10am - 1:30pm PST.

Learn about your brilliant physiology & baby’s role in birth
Understand stages of birth through medical and holistic lenses
Class 2: How to navigate your unique birth
Learn about Informed Choice & how to get it
Understand the many options & tools available to you
Learn what to expect in the first hours, days, and weeks
Understand how breastfeeding works and what to do if it isn’t going ok
Class 3: Your baby is born! Now what?!
