Foundations Prenatal Ed Course Format

Live online group prenatal education. Cost is $315 per couple.

Class 1: How does birth work?

  • Learn about your brilliant physiology & baby’s role in birth

  • Understand stages of birth through medical and holistic lenses

Class 2: How to navigate your unique birth

  • Learn about Informed Choice & how to get it

  • Understand the many options & tools available to you

Class 3: Your baby is born! Now what?!

  • Learn what to expect in the first hours, days, and weeks

  • Understand how breast/chestfeeding works and receive some guidance on the potential challenges that different families sometimes face
